That was very strange.but it was a big relief that I didn't have to start a whole new game again.

My cyclops returned to normal and the other seamoth disappeared. Low and behold it accepted the spawned seamoth and fixed itself in the process. I decided to try to dock the spawned seamoth to see if it would. I then got in and headed back to where the cyclops was, which was still in the last state with the stuck seamoth. Then I exited the pod and used the 'spawn seamoth' cmd to get another one. What I did was use the kill cmd which sent me back to the pod. I figured my game was a loss so I tried some console cmds. I tried many things, including clearing the cache, saving game and restarting it.nothing worked. When I manuvored it it would just bounce around and crash against the docking bay of the cyclops.being totally stuck. My situation was when I entered the seamoth from inside the cyclops, I would board the seamoth but it would not launch from the cyclops not matter what. This has been a glitch in the game for some time now and it is still there apparently.

I just figured out how to fix a situation where my seamoth is stuck inside the cyclops.
